Delivery

How long is delivery?

Our current delivery timescale is 7-10 working days for any new orders to UK Mainland as our sofas are stored in our own warehouses. For any pre order options there will be a delivery date range stated on the product and we will contact the customer within 7 days of this date range to arrange delivery.
All our sofas and chairs which are made to order for UK Mainland will be 7-10 weeks for delivery, as they say, 'good things come to those who wait! If you need a faster delivery, please give us a call on 0800 254 5300 and we will try and accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if, for example, you are decorating and don't want delivery for a few months we are happy to postpone your delivery for up to 12 weeks.

Do we have stock items for quick collection?

Our lines and ranges are available for immediate collection if in stock, please contact our customer services on 0800 254 5300 for more information. Please note payment must be completed prior.

Do we dispose of existing furniture?

Unfortunately, Infinity Home Living don't offer a sofa disposal service but we do encourage all our customers to donate their old furniture to charity. Charities such as the British Heart Foundation will happily collect furniture (in sellable condition) from you. You can also contact your local council; in most instances this can be arranged to be collected or disposed of if your sofa has seen better days.

Will the delivery team leave my order in the garden if no one can be at home?

We really don’t want your new furniture to get damaged in any way so really don't like leaving brand new furniture outdoors or in sheds/garages unattended. We know with leading busy lives it’s difficult to be home for deliveries, however provided we have your written authority to do so (an email will do) ,and you accept full liability for any consequential loss or damage, then we are happy to leave your new furniture wherever you wish.

Do we deliver abroad?

Our standard delivery service covers the UK mainland only.

Finance & Payments

Do we take deposits?

Our standard terms require payment in full at the time of order. However, you have the option to spread your payment via Klarna. Please see below for details.

What finance options do we offer?

We offer Klarna as a finance option, this allows you to spread the cost over 3 months or 30 days. See Klarna terms and conditions for more information.

What happens if the furniture doesn't fit?

Please refer to the dimensions of each product range as a guideline prior to purchase as this will ensure it will fit into the room of your choice. Please note charges may apply if product requires return to warehouse or redelivery.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to clean fixed cover suites?

Our fixed upholstery fabrics are made from many different materials so we advise seeking professional help from a professional cleaning service if you need to deep clean your sofa. All fabrics will benefit from regular vacuuming with the soft brush attachment of your hoover. It is important not to spot clean or use any abrasive cleaning equipment when cleaning your sofa. A soft brush will usually do the trick but if more in depth cleaning is required, please contact a professional cleaner.

How do I clean my leather furniture?

A soft damp cloth will be most effective for most cleaning tasks but take care not to soak the leather as this could cause a water mark to remain. Wipe away any staining with a soft damp cloth making sure you do not scrub the surface. Regular dusting and vacuuming is very important to prevent any build-up of dust.

Is it an option to change the colour or material on a model/range?

Our products are available as seen on our website however if you fancy a change or personal touch to match your interior or décor…no problem!
